Here at FFT, we represent a carefully selected roster of adult actors across theatre, television, and film, with a focus on long-term career development.

The Founder
First Focus Talent was founded by Phoebe, a professional actor with formal drama school training.
Having trained and worked within the industry, she understands the realities of an acting career from the inside out and is able to place herself in the position of every actor she represents.
Phoebe approaches representation as more than contract negotiation and submissions; she works closely with her clients as a career mentor, supporting long-term development, confidence, and sustainable progression. She believes that strong, transparent agent–actor relationships are fundamental to building successful and lasting careers.

One-to-one coaching for actors looking to strengthen their craft, prepare for auditions and develop greater confidence in their performance.
Sessions can focus on audition and self-tape preparation, sight-reading, script analysis, character development, monologue work and performance technique.

Do I have to be based in the UK to apply?
Yes, all actors represented by FFT should be UK based.
Do you take on Actors of all ages?
You must be 18yrs +
Can I have another agent whilst also being represented by FFT?
We are a non-exclusive agency, meaning you can have multiple agents and still be represented by us.
What if I dont have spotlight or headshots?
If you do not currently have a Spotlight profile or headshots, you are still welcome to apply. If we believe you may be a suitable fit for the agency, we will discuss the next steps with you.
